Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role will report directly to the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting and be based in Columbus.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will perform the following with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail:

• Maintain and enter daily accounts payable transactions

• Oversee the weekly vendor payment schedule and check run 

• Manage vendor relationships 

• Manage monthly accounts payable reconciliations and accruals 

• Prepare and execute 1099s at year end 

• Maintain all digital & paper vendor files 

• Consistently and closely follow processes and procedures

SKILLS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• A love for crunching numbers 

• Exceptionally high attention to detail 

• Proficiency and accuracy in data entry 

• Positive interpersonal style & a ton of hustle

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
